Great shots, particularly love number 2.

As an ex-reenactor, brought up with authenticity as a prime directive, nothing should be used if it isn't accurate for the place and period etc. I'm just wondering how someone for that time period came to be carrying an AMERICAN bird.

There are plenty of British hawks and falcons to choose from, why pick a Harris hawk?

Out of interest, which societies were these guys with?
