A lot of areas aren't working for me in this. Her hair is still dark, her face could use a touch more light, her right arm needs more light and you see several pretty harsh, conflicting shadows.

Try and use OCF to even out your lighting a bit - you'll get what you want and not have super bright shoulders and super dark arms right next to each other.

top left next to her hair the sky is blown out and is subsequently blowing a few locks of hair and the top part of the phone out which isnt good imo. i also dont like the right fore-arm being cut off though this might be personal taste and i agree with all of Mattantonino's critism aswell.

i do however think she is a great model

What's that thing hanging off the end of the phone?

The flexible metal tubing that houses the phone cables to the box; it's a payphone.

It would have worked with the off camera flash as fill above the camera using a shoot through umbrella. Right now it's just lighting the side of her face and causing ugly shadows. Off camera flash doesn't have to be far from the camera to be effective but it does need some diffusion in this type of image.
