Nice photos Mike. #1 is a stand out. Looks to be a great place for some portrait/engagement/se​nior shoots, IMO.

Actually, I have a thread going here on noise due to underexposure and quoting your image as an example might be helpful to me. Didn't do much of anything to it. A tiny bit of sharpening and a touch more contrast- but hardly noticeable from the original. No noise reduction. I had a tiny bit of red fringe around the rudder do to the intense back lighting. I used Canon DPP to take out the red fringe and other adjustments mentioned. Didn't have Photoshop until after the Sacramento show. Bottom line- the original was 99% of what you see here.
