So if it had 18MPs at FF, what would that be if it had a 1.3 crop mode?

Is it 18 / 1.3 = 13.85MPs?

I think you need to divide by 1.3 twice since it's width x height.

I recall someone had once said that the 5D2 cropped down to 1.6 is a mere ~8.5mp, and that's starting from 21mp.
