Yeah... As long as you upload in aRGB, they'll look fine, but Safari will read and display photos corrctly encoded in any color profile, because it recognizes color profiles (is color-managed). Most other browsers #by and yu have to save a aRGB for them to display correctly.

Do you not mean sRGB? I find people have more troubles if trying to display Adobe RGB files on the web. To each their own I guess. P.S> Firefox and IE 9 are take advantage of ICC profiles just like safari.

first, make sure you are saving for web with embedded color profile... next step would be to upgrade to a color-managed browser, like Safari.

You'd be suprised at how "right" your pics look on Safari vs Chrome

I would say the contrary. You have to assume anyone looking at your pictures knows nothing about color profiles. I would always output sRGB standard, non-profiled so that it looks the same in any app. sRGB is used by pretty much every non-color-managed device.

You really only want to use aRGB when you are sending them to be printed. it's a printer color profile really.

Yes, I meant sRGB... Autocorrect was changing to a for some reason. That's what I get for posting from my phone when I should be watching my fishing bobber.

I use Safari for this very reason, the difference is like black vs white.

I enjoyed the crap outta the 135L!! Anyone want to take a whack at editing a pic for me? I want to give it to her mom, but can't just let her see it all SOOC!!

Camera set to TV at 1/500 or 1/640 depending on what point in the game it was and ISO set to auto to adjust for the zoom of my 70-300...if you click them and go to flikr you can pull up the EXIF data for them and see.

Thanks!

Drew
