Someone pointed out somewhere (might have been above in this thread) that the loss from APS-H @ 16MP to FF @ 18MP is like 500 pixels on the long side...

So you print at 280dpi instead of 300dpi. Ain't nobody gonna notice... ;)

18MP is only three shy of where the 1DsMkIII is right now!

I wonder if 1D X will AF lens with maximum apperture smaller than f/8 (let's say Canon 800mm f/5.6 + TC 2x)

Just got back in from the Canon NZ launch at their CPS party.
Wow! What an amazing camera. They had 5 1DX's lined up.
2x 400mm 2.8 IS II
1x 300mm 2.8 IS II
2x 70-200 2.8 IS II

Couldn't use my memory card, for obvious reasons - that they're still pre production models on loan from Canon Japan.
