the transitions are really harsh, especially on the hair and it stands out.
also some minor artifacts here and there.

please note that i am not an expert photographer..just an enthusiast.

Yeah... I boosted the highlights in the background to blow it out, I used "select color range" and attempted to unselect the border around her hair... unfortunately, I didn't do a very good job. :(

I think they need a contrast boost. Your lighting is pretty flat too
