Nice guns to shoot, but tough to... well.. shoot. ;) They just aren't as reflective as the more traditional steel guns.

I don't think you're supposed to hold the barrel while you're firing it there Roscoe P. Coltrane.

Mark, I am a huge Larue fan (I live in the Dead Center of Texas!) and have always been impressed with their screen saver/wallpaper art. Awesome work!

Thanks Torchrider!

Made the yearly trek down to Wikieup for the fall "Big Sandy" shoot , was going to shoot it this year , but funds got tight..... went just to watch and see some friends. It's a huge shoot with everything from American 180's to belt fed , cannons and tanks :)

Still have a bunch of pictures to process... these were quick edits of some of the night shots , still have to process all the raw files this week.

my Canon 40D is still in for repair , so I just put the Rebel XT on the tripod on bulb setting and randomly opened the shutter.

Awesome! I love the tracer pics. How crowded is the Big Sandy shoot? Looks like anyone can get inline for the shoot. Albeit, you have to register fast when it opens up.

Been to Knob Creek. While it's a great show. Someone has to literally die for you to get a spot on the line to shoot or be a vendor there. And the viewing area is a bit small for how many people attend.

Would LOVE this as a 1920x1080 wallpaper. Its such an amazing shot. The cats claws are so perfect for the shot. Cute but deadly.
