I did not do any Post Sharpening on this image....Loving this Camera

Gadget; I was more concerned with the noise rather than the sharpening. Did you run it through Noise Ninja, or any other noise filter? How does it look when viewed at 100 percent?

David: same question for you. The skin on the little girl looks noise free. What ISO and id you do any noise removal?
I'm asking because I just sold my 5D and got a 60D. Needless to say, the 5D handled the noise wonderfully. I've not had a chance to do a variety of shooting with the 60D yet but some indoor shots didn't look too promising. Maybe I'm expecting too much.
