I started to panic when I couldn't find Milly in her 'penthouse' of straw. I searched behind the cupboards, under the beds, inside Jeremy's (dwarf hampster) house, nothing. I went away and paniced some more then returned and strew all Milly's straw in the room to be certain she wasn't hidding in her house. Even Baby (cat), came in to help look. Still nothing. I sat down on the bed, leaning back, considering the ceiling for a moment quietly formulating an explanation to Jonathan as to how I lost a hedgehog in a closed room... then my hand found her - under the duvet - splayed out like a harvest frog, fast asleep with the bedding covered in fleas and sh*te. But I couldn't care less (says she scratching away at her arms and legs). I was so happy I'd found her.

You wouldn't believe the strength in the grip of a little hedgehog. (excuse quality of photo, taken with left hand, could not adjust settings)

I was so hoping this story was going to end with you finding her on the ceiling.....:(

which brings to mind Jonathan's best name in the world ever for our little prickly friend - HP1 would be a good reg me thinks.

Corrected this for you.

afternoon, just went for a stroll through the park... it's lovely out there, or at least it was, now it looks like it's gonna rain...

grabbed a few pics;

Have you considered inserting some of you drawings in your photos?

I'm very happy you found her too, and the photo is dead cute. What are you doing about the fleas tho - your house, and your cats will be infested real quick if you don't deal with them on Milly! I'm itching now!!!
