All you east coasters need to be working your mojo to help me get this Nashville job. I'd be close enough I could visit on occasion. May be applying for one at HQ. Keep your fingers crossed or what ever it is you do, that I find a job out that way. Looks like the Portland job is already filled. Who knows- people may just be accepting hoping something else comes along...

I love to drive south!

It's ok Chief. You can blame me. That is what I get for not coming around that often any more.

Off to a rainy work day.....

Heather!

Yo. I still stop in a few times a day. I was tinkering in the shop most of last night.

Since I didn't hear of a county-wide emergency being declared, I gather that your project isn't quite finished yet. :{)#

:lol:I did a 2am testing of a little rocket motor I made with some new tooling I made. It sounded like a gun going off when it blew up:lol::oops: A little slower powder or larger nozzle opening is in order apparently. I walked a ways into the park before testing it so I don't think I woke the neighbors.

And I did try to make my first time lapse. I'll have to see which software (for Mac) I'll use to make it...

I think I'll invent a new spork. It will combine the functions of a spoon, fork, knife and gravy boat.

We didn't have any iceberg.. but were about 100 nautical miles South of the Titanic's remains... :p

The weather was actually warm enough to use the outside swimming pool at some point!

To be honest, we had a few close calls with other objects (boat - story to come ;-)a - dolphins, whales, ...)
