Great video this - there's some fantastic shots in there! Loved the wide shot of the rider's silhouette going downhill.

Hmm, tough to say. I usually don't really keep track of that stuff besides ensuring it's fast enough to not create too much motion blur.

The majority of it was shot in one day, yes. We had several days to shoot and we did a whole bunch in the first day, then we kind of ran out of other places to shoot for the rest of them haha.
