^ 9/10 - Sharp, moody, great use of HDR. Love the brooding clouds. Nice symmetry too.

Composition can’t be reduced to a set of rules ... Dissonance has its place in photography as well as music. If we confined ourselves to major and minor scales, the blues wouldn’t exist. Rules are tools, not laws.” ~ James Martin

9.5/10. Very nice place and nice composition. Not much to criticize... everything looks good, maybe a UWA would have made it more interesting?

Very nice! I like the softness of this shot for some reason. 9/10

Cute shot of a young moose, the twig, well its there and I can live with it. Colors look great, full sharp ears, would be nice to see a little more eye detail, a pop of fill flash would help. I would map out the black line on the back.
8-10

"Astroid Impact" twist zoom of a brass plate.

9/10 I like it! Rich color! Just very interesting to me overall. Highlights looks a little blown, but I can definately live with it.

7/10 - I'd like to see more of the plane, especially the turret behind the cockpit, but sometimes it's better to crop in. I think less sky might help. While it's hard to spot anything that looks OOF, it seems like a bit more sharpening would make it pop, especially given how industrial it is.

Anyone know what these are?

Just got back from a small meet.

6.5/10. Fill flash is your friend on a shot like this. When you are showcasing cars you want them to pop, both cars in this photo are a bit dark and the only real part that pops are the front headlights, which are a bit out of focus. Looks like camera shake IMO. A crop in would have also helped your composition a bit, which IMO is a bit weak.

Here is a shot I took last night of the Chicago river, Hubbard Street, and and Navy pier.

7/10. The fog looks neat, not sure if it's all smoke though.. I think the horizon needs to be leveled and it would be nice to see more details in the green leaves, overall nice.
