NIcely done. Brighten it up a teeny bit and reduce the hdr a teeny bit and it will be a very nice one.

Thanks for the suggestion! Don't think I reduced the HDR but here is a brighter rendition with a few other touches...

I am surprised to see these birds flying just above the trees in our backyard....I set up my gear to take pics from the bird feeder in our backyard using the wireless remote but when I saw the birds (osprey I think 3 of them) I quickly got out and grab my t2i from the tripod and started shooting in continious mode. It's been to 2 days in a row now that I saw these birds. Sorry for flooding this page with this pics. This time they are not too far away using my 70-200mm @200mm but I have to shoot real fast. In case I see these again should I set my AF to AI SERVO?

Some bugs - live or otherwise.

Have been trying to improve my post-processing and learn new techniques. These have been processed a bit differently from my usual ways.

Please tell me what you think - overdone, just right, bad, etc ??

Thanks.

Are you using different kinds of L Glass with the T2i?

Yeah quite a bit from the 17-40L/24-70L/85L/70-200L

Low noise handling is excellent when using any of the above lenses

It would appear to me that your shutter speed is too slow when using the flash. The majority of your shots are taken at 1/25 to 1/40th. I have set my custom function setting number 3 to "fixed 1/200" for flash photography. I think this setting would help with some of the motion blur.
