Anybody have sample of images of a full body portrait of a couple using a FF sensor? Say from an engagement shoot at f/2? I've been thinking of downgrading from my 35L but I'm interested in how the 35/2 will perform in this sort of situation. I've seen a few in this thread, very nice images everybody but was wondering if I could get some more samples :) thanks

I also would love to see some full body portraits at f2 if anybody has some. I'm wondering if this lens would make the cut and could hold me over until the L is with in reach. Thanks

@ 35mm IS is not the most attractive & necessary feature :)

and the mount is stainless steel

Thank you for answer.

The EF 50 ( L, f/1.4 and 1.8) and 35 (L and f/2) doesn`t have IS but...

the EFs 18-55 f/3.5-5.6 and EFs 17-55 f2.8 have "IS" ;-)a and is useful :-D

I'm planning on buying this to fill in the lower end of the focal range of what I currently have. I have a POTN member whos willing to sell it to me and the price of a new one off of B&H and adorama is roughly 329. I'll be saving about 50 bucks if i go the used route. Recommendations?
