On Sale, $1999.99 and $2,799.99 respectively. From a reputable store that's a pretty solid deal:

Lightroom 3 is also just $99.

I'm down on Newegg these days. I got suckered into a deal that wasn't. It was my fault for not researching more (just a small crock pot, so why bother), but their amazing deal+extra-"coded" savings is the normal price anywhere. I've bought a dozen big HDs from them in the past and never felt mis-lead, maybe I was duped then also. Now I delete ALL Newegg email blasts immediately.

Bought my 7D and 60D from Newegg. No problems. They are an authorized Canon dealer. The 5D is really tempting, but can't afford it at this point.

That is a crazy deal! I thought I got a good deal on mine back in April but WOW, compared to that, I got hosed. I am surprised they aren't sold out.

Yup for us living in cali we get to rely on Amazon for good deals (mostly), and they did give us a better deal on the kit very recently... I dont think I would have ever bought a 5dmk2 had amazon not had it for 2750... took up ALL my black friday budget before black friday even arrived, but hey i'm still very happy with the purchase!

Wow I wish they had this deal when I got mine. They were the only ones that had them in stock a that time and 0% interest doesn't hurt either.

I ordered the body from newegg, but with the CA Tax :( I didn't trust Henrys in Canada at first, worry about it being grey market, etc etc. It was too late to cancel my order at Newegg since they made the shipping label and was on the UPS truck. Tax was $143, so got myself a 5D Mark II for $2,143. which is not too bad. But at least I get mine on Wednesday! *jumps in happiness*
