Cloud is actually fog on the lake moving towards the city.
Further back are forest and hills.
Unfortunately due to small size of image, details are lost. Sorry I don't have a web site to post image with better resolution and to leave link hear, so goes the very poor rez. BTW I have posted this on KTLA TV site too that has very small format size also.
