Aren't both lenses f2.8? What am I missing?

And, check the used boards here and on FM. I got a pristine copy of the ZE21 for 1550 by waiting for the right deal. It didnt come up right away, but every couple months a great deal pops up.

I think he meant wider angle?

Great shot as always hugo. This one looks a bit too much like a composite... maybe it is.

It has really an amazing 3D effect, it seems to be your signature Michael, you really master this famous effect from the Zeiss lenses. Great processing skills too!

Am I missing the 3d glasses? Or am I just missing the zeiss nostalgia? ;)

I am really contemplating this lens... but the price tag!

Thank you very much for your kind words, Steve. The light and shadow with f/2.8 shooting at an angle produced that 3D result I think. As you know, I've just learned this processing from another flickr friend. Hope you'll find his tutorial useful too.

Zeiss lens will spoil you, Corey. The sharpness, color, and contrast are obvious, but that magical subtlety is quiet indescribable... (also not obvious to many)

Wow! The only thing I love more than winter is winter in the mountains. Add in a gorgeous sky and a reflective body of water… I could stand there and die and I would die fulfilled.

Great shots, DDong and Hugo. I wish I can be as technically and artistically good as both of you.

Amazing shots as usual Hugo!

You seem to be changing your watermark/sig. quite often. Never really satisfied? :)
