I just shot my niece's senior pictures this past weekend. Just sharing a few favorites! I definitely had issues with posing her...she tends to hunch her shoulders (no matter how many times I told her to roll her shoulders back and stand up straight) and is just generally uncomfortable in front of the camera. She's definitely a tom-boy and into sports, hunting and the outdoors and some of the more 'feminine' poses just looked downright awkward. I think there were some good ones despite all that though.

1 (my favorites were the laying down poses...it eliminated the bad posture)

I think you did a great job as normal Lisa. You only work with what you've got and I think her and the whole family will love them. Post work is spot on, like always.

Thank you Chris! I re-read my OP and it sounds kind of negative; that wasn't my intent at all. Alyssa is an awesome kid...she's graduating a year early at 16 and is going to be a dentist. She's definitely an outdoorsy girl, so to me (knowing her) #4 is totally her (less femininely posed, cowboy boots, jeans, plaid shirt, etc). I think she's a bit like me when it comes to being in front of the camera...just a bit uncomfortable.

Beautiful pictures as usual Lisa. Can see what you mean about her posture and comfort in front of the lens though. She just looks tense.

The tighter shots are awesome. She has got great eyes. The other shots are very nice, although the poses are a bit awkward. But if that is who she is, that's may be how the shots should look like...

This set is very nice, the tones are good and all photos are extremely sharp.
O_O The bokeh is extraordinary on 7.
