So I'm trying to purchase it with Mr. Rebates to get the additional 4% cb, but every time I search for the lens on Adorama it comes up 2,199? Will Mr. Rebates not honor the cb if I click on Helen's link?

Use Helen's link and add it to cart, then close window, and reopen mr r, and make purchase through mr r window.

After 6 hours of fight against the b&h identity controls I finally got my 70-200mm II IS...in italy it costs more than 2700 $... I paid 1974...more than 500 euros less than in italy...

Oh man, UPS tracking showed all day that I would have my lens by the end of the business day, and at 4:30 it changed to tomorrow by the end of the day. Not fair!!

Ah that does stink. Someone send me good vibes on selling my Sigma 70-200 so I can sorta pay this off.

Helen, thanks for playing with my weak mind -- I've succumbed and now my wallet is quite a bit lighter.

Too bad adorama don't ship to Malaysia, and you post it just after I bought it from b&h. this baby is 300 dollars cheaper than Singapore and Malaysia.

I'd like to complain but I'd have bought them all in the next year anyway, and it all cost me less than a 35 summilux, so staying out of m9 land is cheaper and at these prices, if something isn't needed..no real loss risk. Now then...when's the price hike..jan 12 10% increase across the board, lol. That would be a first, me buying before a price hike and not a drop.
