Thanks for posting this. I have been in the market for one and waiting to get through Christmas. This however is a game changer.

Gah. I finally unsubscribe from the 70-200 threads and now this! I may need to try to sell my 430EX. Pretty sure the wife isn't going to go along with this plan... Wish I had more disposable cash, this holiday season could be very good for photography gear!

How many days do i have to apply for a price adjustment? I just bought my flash for $449 i think. I need to look up my receipt to see when exactly i bought it.

Thanks. I think I bought it last veterans day, nov 11. So i should be good. Is there any steps to take to have them do the adjustment or just call them up with the receipt in hand?

 I read your other post and I'm with you. Maybe we need to stay out of POTN for the next month or two.

I purchased this deal after getting the e-mail from B&H this morning. Prior to ordering it, I did a bit of a search here on POTN for marketplace sales and people are asking between $360-400 for a used one, so this is a heckuva deal!

I wish they'd follow this up with a similar discount on the 430.

They're still selling the 580 but took down that strange message about the 430 - wonder what that was all about.

Don't mind if I do.

Grabbed one of these for that price.
I have the 430 EX II
But this puppy works as a master and the 430 can be the slave.
This is a really great deal.
