Not an AMAZING deal, but as good as you are going to find on a relatively fast 16GB Sandisk:

From Beach Camera via Ebay.

You can routinely get a Transcend class 10 16gb for like 19.95. Amazon runs them for like 13 every so often.

A lot of people really only buy Sandisk and it is rare they are one of the cheaper options, so I thought I'd pass it on. I already admitted it wasn't a crazy good deal, but it is 15% off.

You may not need 32GB, I run 8 and 16 in my 60D and you have to shoot a lot to fill them up. A 32GB should hold about 1300 RAW files, and I would worry about having so many eggs in one basket.

True, but I'm worried about needing enough space for both pictures and videos. What d'ya think? I'm currently using a 16gb c10 card.

In my early days, I use to "spray and pray" until I got tired of culling through hundreds of worthless photos when I got home

People, including me, said that too when the first 8gb came out, then the 16gb came out  Well I hadn't decided yet. Thanks for your input sir!

Video uses a pretty efficient codec. It's not that big. 5-6MB/s (about 3mins/GB). So it just depends on how much video you want to shoot at one time.

It's certainly not a bad thing to have more memory, I just NEVER fill my 16GB. Maybe wait and see? Memory prices rarely go up.

Is the Lexar Professional line worth it for $2 more?

That's up to you. It is supposed to be a little faster, but remember your camera's buffer is the primary limiter in how many burst shots you can shoot and how fast.

You're right and I don't think the speed difference would be noticeable with my camera but what about reliability with the Lexar cards (I'm more familiar with Sandisk) - are the professional cards more reliable than the platinum cards? I'd pay $2 for a more reliable card. :)
