Might just pick up the 5dII. I'm tempted.

There have been a lot of temptations lately. :(

I'm not very disciplined.

Keep a close eye on the site, as in checking it several times throughout the day. Quite often, one or two will become available, but will be swooped up in moments.

You need to have everything ready to go on your account/check-out process so all you have to do is add it your cart and then click buy. If you have to go downstairs and get your credit card, you'll likely miss out on the deal.

+1! I've missed out on a few while fumbling through my wallet.

If you can, you'd be the first. Never heard of these two discounts stacking.

I was thinking that maybe these new lower prices might be permanent reductions - nothing I can find on the Canon Store site states if the prices are for a limited time. Clicking on the 'terms and conditions' link just gives an 'undefined' error.

Usually when they have a 15% off sale they send you an email with a code number to use to buy things.

Doesn't hurt to ask :)

Ted

I bought a refurb 7D back in April, I had to return it twice for different reasons. First it had a AF issue and they adjusted that, then it just just stopped working and they replaced the main dial switch. Other than that it has been working fine. It looked mint when I got it and still does. You only get a 90 day warranty, so you need to use it to determine if you have any issues.

I wish!! This is at the bottom of the product overviews:

Offer valid in U.S.A. only, and void where prohibited, taxed or restricted. Limit of ten of any one item per order. Dealers, distributors and other resellers are not eligible for this offer. Order will be shipped to a street address in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia only. Offer subject to Canon Online Store Terms of Sale.
