Complete Newbie here! Just recently purchased my 60D late October. Learning lots here on Canon forums!

In the spirit of Christmas. I was messing around with using a slow shutter speed and @ F/22

I tried your split toning but it had a bit too much greens. So I went back to my old split toning technique.

How do you go about working on the split toning? Is there suppose to be a special way of working the colors because I kind of just do it by the feel and mood. :P

Pretty much. I made my own preset that I apply to almost every image I edit. Just each one gets it's own little tweak depending on the subject, lighting, my mood.

I'm looking at getting a 60D. I have used the 1D2 for a while, but no longer need the larger size and speed. I had a 40D, and loved it to death. Looks like this is the logical next step. Love this thread so far.

That's exactly why I bought a 60D also. It's sufficient enough for me :)
