Love your work, thanks for sharing. I've seen a lot of photographers overdo/overuse tilt shots for gimmicky effects reminiscent of HDR, but it fits your style perfectly.

You can still achieve correct focus with the 45mm, the 24mm can be more tricky.
Keep the camera steady and look for the focus light in you viewfinder whilst turning the focus ring.

When tilting, be aware that a small amount of blur in your viewfinder is quite a lot in the final image.

Tilt-shift lenses are beneficial as a wedding photographer. The important benefit of tilt-shift lenses is that you can control or subtle the effect is by controlling how much you tilt the lens. So it is very easy to manage and give you an amazing picture.
