i asure you if you clean up her nose in #1 she will look far from fake and possibly more like herself. its a little distracting IMHO

I don't see why dry skin and bags under the eyes need to define the look of a person. If she had a huge red zit on her forehead, would you just leave it there in the name of some kind of realistic purity?
