Item never turned up. Partial refund given.

Seller never did send a piece of post, sent item to a fictional name and address and also the same for the return address.

I have several scans as evidence of this scam.

The first two are from Royal Mail confirming that the tracking number JBOB supplied, which did get returned to the returns centre and was merely an envelope and not a lens at all. The second two scans are of the envelope with the tracking number and incorrect addresses.
