Most of these sales were good, had to repair the 300. Only issue that re-occured was the shipping over the border. It actually is quite simple but several shippers made it worse than it should be.

Well, I hope you got refunded as it is the sellers responsibility to ensure the item gets to you in the condition promised. Lost in the mail is not a good excuse.
