Nice shots. Sad that the shuttle pads are stripped clean (or they are being stripped clean). One of my favorite places is to visit the national seashore next door to the space center. It all seems very out of place. You are wandering the beach, but if you look (not very far) down the coast there is a space shuttle sitting there. So cool... or at least it was.

The entire program was called Constellation. That was canceled. Parts of it are being developed still. Not totaly sure what parts however. They spent a ton of money on the new program, then they canceled it. Started a new program... then we will (may) get a new president and he will change it to something else. The space program is not a waste of money, but the way that it is run is a waste.

Just think where the human race might be if all nations put their money together and developed one system. I know it wont happen in my life time but it would be amazing
