Just woke up and looked out the window to find a real estate agent taking photos of my condo building with her blackberry..seriously..$400K+ condos and she's trying to sell them with blackberry photos, then she drove away in her new Lincoln MKX.

This is why I drink.

Actually, I'm crying because this is the norm, not the exception. Oh well, these pix will make the photos on my listings look that much better by comparison. I thank this agent for making my listings easier to sell :D

I almost ran out and handed her a business card but I figured running out there with messy unwashed hair in nothing but a white tee and boxers might give the wrong impression.

1. Wear clothes...

That may in fact be my biggest problem right now.

With a 1D around your neck... that might have worked... :-)

I guess that depends on what you're selling.:lol::lol::lol:

Here's a suggestion: take some pics of the exterior of your condo (A small variety) then wait for her FOR SALE sign to come up, get her email from it and send her the pics (copyrighted of course) with a brief description of what you do and why it is important that SHE use YOU as pro photog for her real estate.

I'll bet ya you get a call back from her...and if you don't, call her back and ask her if she has seen your images that you sent her.

I would if I knew who she was.

They don't put FS signs up here, they just put the lock box's around the front column. I've seen one for sale sign since I moved here and about 20 condos have been for sale and sold. I think it's some sort of bylaw the condo board created, not sure why, but when we moved in there wasn't one either.
