They don't put FS signs up here, they just put the lock box's around the front column. I've seen one for sale sign since I moved here and about 20 condos have been for sale and sold. I think it's some sort of bylaw the condo board created, not sure why, but when we moved in there wasn't one either.

find out who is selling the condo and ask them who th real estate agent is

Not to put a damper on all of this but don't expect the RE agent to gush all over you and pay you to shoot. They might do this but, in my experience--and others around here, if they're shooting with their cell phone camera, they probably aren't one of the better (i.e. successful) agents. Meaning, they probably don't have the money to pay for photos or are not willing to pay for them.

By all means, pursue it--what have you got to lose--however, just don't expect anything to come out of it.

That being said, he's got a 50/50 chance of succeeding if he tries.

Exactly! If an agent is willing to take photos with their phone, that agents falls into the 'I don't get it' group. This is 90% of agents. Sure, you could waste time pursuing that one agent, but I would rather find out where she worked and then pursue the Broker/Manager. If you sell the Broker/Manager on your photos they will sell you to the agents. That is how you make it in this business.

...and that's the other line to pursue. It's all good. The idea is to get yourself out there, approaching RE agents and letting them know how good you are and how much of an advantage your services are.

The main goal is to make contact with the agent or the broker...as long as you make contact.

And I agree 100%. Not saying don't do it, just like to make sure everyone is realistic in their expectations. I've been in sales for a loooooooong time and I like to under promise and over deliver. :)

Exactly. Get in front of the broker/owner/manager/etc and show them the photos (as well).

Here are a few real estate shots I've done. Feel free to comment.

I use exposure fusion with 7 exposures and fuse them in LR Infuse.

Please try to correct the picture to get the walls more vertical and look at it as an architectural engineer. This is the most common mistake by Realtors when they take pictures of the interiors of their listed properties.

Many condo complexes have C,C and R 's and do not tolorate FS. Sometimes you have to contact the property manager or showing by appointment only. This because other owners do not like to be disturb.

The pictures are very clear, but I still have two coments. I like to see more flow how you get from room to another. That means you should use a wider part of your zoom. Buyers have not seen the interior and want to have an idea.
You should also concentrate more on the rooms and forget the furniture. To many realtors think taken pictures of interiors is taken pictures of furniture. Prospective buyers are more interested in a house and at the time escrow closes the home is empty.
I have more than 25 years real estate experience.

Very nice shots Joe! and I'm not sure how you could have shown "how you get from room to another" anymore than you did in shots 3, 6 & 7 ... and I don't have any real estate experience ;)
