Number one is awkward to say the least. But they get better for sure.

Number two doesn't look natural. Their heads are leaning too far away from the camera giving her a distorted looking neck and a small face.

Number three is a significant improvement but I would still like her head tiled a little more forward.

The last one is incredible and by far the best of the bunch. The composition is fantastic and the post is wonderful! Really great shot!

I seem to disagree with everyone about the last one haha! I think it has awesome potential, but there's too much dead (and distracting) space. So much so that my eyes are immediately drawn to the scrawny light-colored tree in the center of the frame.

This is how I would have cropped it, for reference (please ignore the borders I accidentally added):
