Here's part of what I shot today.
One hell of a day today! It started out with going to a diving competition and taking some pictures for a client. Then Lacie (my grand daughter) and I went out and shot a few rounds from a S&W 3914 and a Hi Point 9mm Carbine. Then we went to a local BMX and Skate Park to take pictures for another client. I'll not clutter the thread with the diving and BMX/skate board pictures but here are some of the firearms.

Yes that is brass flying in the pictures. I shot them at 1/3200 of a second to make sure I got some brass. The DOF is a bit off as it's hard to shoot real guns as you do not want to be in front of the muzzle. All the shots were done with a remote shutter release.
This is the first time ever she has shot a real gun. She loved it. She's already wanting to go shooting again.

I absolutely love action shots with firearms. If you are able to catch the muzzle flash it makes for interesting looking picture!

Did you happen to see the night shots I posted awhile back? Lots of muzzle flash. Next time I do some day shots I'll slow the shutter down and see if I can catch some "fire".
