For overall, corner-to-corner sharpness, probably this one. I have sharper lenses (allegedly - according to the 'experts', but rarely use them stopped down). It looks weird downsized and compressed though (not processed for <1024 x1024).

On the full size I can just zoom in and see more and more detail until I see the pixels at 300-400%.

I'm sure a proper shot from any Macro lens will qualify for this thread.

This was shot with the 60mm. Its so small and light, I love it. I'll regret selling this for the larger brothers when I move to FF (100L or the Sigma 150 OS).

Took this one with the 60mm EF-S macro lens.
It's not so much the lizard that's sharp, it's the amount of detail recorded in the tree that impressed me.

This is one of the sharpest scenic images I've ever shot. The mountains between the left saguaro and the edge of the picture are at least 10 miles away.
