I got the deal from a friend who worked at Audiotronic. Sales @ Henrys Photo.

I got the deal from a friend who worked at Audiotronic. My niece used to work at a camera store and I needed something to replace my film camera (Minolta) before I went to Mexico. So I never questioned the price. It was my first P&S camera and at 3mb it was the largest at the time. Jun.Roberto.Dizon.Gregorio

That was my first camera as well. For 2MP, it still took some darn good photos. Canon T3i w/ Canon 17-55 f/2.8 - Canon 18-55 - Canon 55-250 - Canon 50mm f/1.8

The next cam was a 300D, more or less just after it came out. The rest, as they say, is history. 5DII | 300D | 30D IR | 17-40L | 24-105L IS | 70-200/2.8L IS | 100-400L IS | 15 FE | 35L | 50/1.8 mk I | 135L | Sigmalux 50/1.4 | Sigma 105/F2.8 Macro | C/Y Planar 50/1.4 | C/Y Distagon 35/2.8

It was 1.3MP, took shots at 1280x960 resolution, and had NO slot for memory cards. It had 8MB of internal memory, which meant you could take a whopping total of 12 full-quality pictures. And it still felt incredible at the time - particularly to a 17-year-old who'd been saving up for it (I think it was my first ever eBay purchase, only $200 because the battery compartment needed taping). And the best part was the IQ.
