Can't you shoot all day long w/ any flash attached? (Provided that batteries hold up. )

Hehe it was, I learned my lesson after using my flash for the very first time. I think I kept my flash power south of 1/16th power most of the time.

Hmm, I do find the more pictures I take, close together, the more distorted it seems. For this one I used 13 photos, which a bit of space between each shot.

I'm trying to work on another one that I took yesterday with my Samyang 35and everything except the bottom half seems ok.

Yeah that is what I found. If in fact I get to try it again tonight I will I just hope it isn't dark. I did manage to get 3 or so good keepers but they aren't nearly as wide as I wanted them to be.

I am sure you are, but make sure you overlap each frame with about 30% of the last.

See the one problem with that is lets say I'm shooting a subject and I can fit the whole entire subject in one frame, if I do that then if I overlap the subject with other pictures then it wont register and make the picture all distorted. The main problem I'm having is that photoshop will stitch together maybe 3-4 photos out of lets say 9 or 10 and I do take them the right way I just don't know why photoshop wont register them.

Never even considered this lens, but I scored a crazy deal locally on a 2 month old copy and I have been nothing short of amazed by this lens. It is plenty sharp at 1.2, love the build, and its AF is the most accurate I have personally ever used.

Here is a shot from today at 1.2

If you can fit the entire subject in one frame move further back. The idea is capturing an image wider than a single frame.

For example if I do a full body brenizer, a single frame may only fit mid torso to head (or possible only a headshot, depending on how wide I want the final shot)... then you take multiple (overlapped) images of the entire subject and intended framed background.

:)

Took a few maternity shots for my best friend and his wife. Worked with what we had in their living room :)

Not so "maternity" looking but I like how this shot turned out.
