Yep, Just got here a few hours ago...
After doing the obligatory shooting random crap around the house to make sure the thing is working and fucntioning fine I deicded the best test of my new lens was to take it outside in the snow with my dog...
Now I admit two failings on my part:
1. I underestimated how fast a 13 year old Catahoula can run, and my shutter speed was a tidge too low (I was using ISO100..shoulda gone to ISO400) 1/320-1/400 on average wasnt really cutting it
2. AF Point Expansion is not the right mode for this...Shoulda stuck to plain ol single point... It tracked the dog but frequently had the wrong part of the dog in focus...
