Has anyone dealt with "Camera Canada" before. They have no rating on resellerratings.com. Their prices for some Canon stuff are lower than B&H or Adorama.
DO they sell genuine USA Canon products?

Most of their prices seem to have the same high "Canadian" mark-up BS that everyone else in Canada sells at.

Thank you, Cankon. Actually they sell the 1D MK IV for about $500 less than the US guys!

If you wanted to be legal about it though, wouldn't you have to pay import duties on anything you buy from them and bring into the US?

Thank you everybody - I might give them a call. I am so tempted by the MK IV and I keep looking for a decent deal. Camera Canada has the best price so far.

I have dealt with them many times, with very good luck. One of my friends deals with them too.

If I had the money, I would take advantage of their pre sale on the 500 F/4 L IS II
but I have to wait a while, until I have enough money set aside for that to happen :-(

I'm from Canada so that may make a difference but I have made a few orders from these people and they are great. Some of the best prices within Canada and their customer service has always been super fast to respond. As another said, if I'm in the market for something new, I look to them first as they are friendly people who seem to care about every order.

I bought my 50D from them, and last month went back and bought my 5D2. They were very easy to work with, shipped quickly and will help you out by phone if you need it. Someone upthread was right - they generally have the higher Canadian prices. I got the 5D2 on sale. In any case - no worries about dealing with them!

Good people. They've been in business a long time. *I traded my F3+motor drive in on a newer film camera many, many years ago. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

They have expanded since then. I look forward to doing business with them in future.
