They look a little over exposed, the first particularly. Did you shoot in raw? Can you bring those highlights back a bit?

I think you did great considering the harsh sunlight conditions. You can tell that the sun is pretty much straight above - maybe next time wait a few hours for it the be closer to the horizon for a nicer light :)

I like a lot of the poses but as mentioned, those large blown-out highlights are really distracting. I see a bit of PF too... either that or it's this crappy work monitor.

Keep up the good work! Try a little earlier or later in the day for even more impressive results!

little overexposed, but otherwise they look great.
