x_tan, those came out well -- nice job!

Thanks Tony,

Walked through many gates in Italy, and love the inviting atmosphere...

Two shots at different focal lengths of tonight's conjunction between Venus and the crescent moon, both on 5DII.

I love the versatility it offers because of the range of focal length

Comparatively lightweight and compact - makes ideal vacation lens.

teşekkür ederim Mehmet.
Makes me want to revisit Istanbul. It was back in 2001 and it was the first trip with a digital camera. I took the then brand new Canon G2.

Welcome to the forum, look forward to more shots from Istanbul.

The 24-105 is my most used lens. It can do everything in best sharpness conditions

on 40D and 5DII

It has been awhile since Dallas had any decent rains and I wanted to see if I could get any skyline reflections in the Trinity River (since it was finally a "river"). Was also hoping to get a shot of the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge lit up, but they stopped lighting it up last week, figures.
