So I woke up before sunrise and drive to a reservoir where these tree stumps protrude out of the water. What do you think about the composition of each? What do you think about the post processing?

I love it - especially the second one! The lighting is beautiful. Composition on the first could be swung just a touch over to the right so those two trees aren't so tightly hugging the edge of the frame. The third is pretty in its own right, but doesn't have that ethereal quality from the mist and high-contrast shadows.

I like 2 best. To me the horizontal cropping leaves less dead space and compliments the verticalness of the tree trunks and the subtle color adds a lot of warmth.

Well, technically where I was standing to take picture#3, I was kinda, sorta, trespassing. :)

My favorite is #2 and I like the colors in #3... I don't know if the bars add any improvement in #3, though.

I like #2 the best then #3. I find the tall tree/branch/stump on the right of the frame closest to the camera on #1 too distracting (I may be in the minority here though as a few people have said #1 is the best :) )

I like #2 but #1 looks a little too tightly cropped on the right

#3 looks good with the mist and colours - I think it would look even better with the trees to the right cropped out - leaving the four stumps in the water - perhaps a square crop?
