Odd because it was sitting out next to the american pavilion during the day on Saturday. And it was part of the show the two times I watched it, I believe.

Thanks. I was trying to get some different shots. It was still super busy at 10 that night. I ended up giving upend not making it back to the showcase. I do have a couple from back there from after illuminations.

Very cool!! i think thats another reason we are going to stay there next time.

its a beautifully laid out resort.....my only complaints were that it was a bit loud, and that my room was just too far away. I suggest trying to get a room in one of the buildings closer to the main building. There wasnt much worse than getting off the bus at 12:30 in the morning, being so exhausted that you can barely keep your eyes open.....and having a fairly long walk back to your room.

I've been spoiled in the past by either going with, or borrowing points from vacation club members, so this was my first time at one of the moderates, so it was my first time sharing space with the large and loud Brazilian tour groups while trying to relax.

I wish I had got out and shot a bit more of it, but after two quick morning trips out I decided that I really didnt want to make it a photography trip and only brought the DSLR out twice, once to EPCOT with just the 50mm 1.8, and then to the Grand Floridian for breakfast the last day with everything so it wouldnt disappear from bell services.

It was there every other time I have seen it. The worst part was that I had a great spot for the pictures that time.

What night was the globe not out Duane? It figures that the night your ready for it, its not there

nice shots in Morocco Mdman! tried my hardest to get something similar, but the few times either the sun was was too harsh washing out the walls....or there were too many people milling about that took away from the feel that you wernt in Florida

Thanks, we were lucky I guess you could say. There were on and off showers the day we were at Epcot so crowds were reduced. This little area is tucked back in the back of Morocco, and I honestly I got lucky, 10 seconds later there were people in the shot.

I have almost the exact same shot, only the walls up top are completely blown out. I waited for about 5 minutes to try and get the shot, and it wasnt worth my effort.
