So i've decided I don't have the time to get my website exactly the way I want it as far as optimizing for speed, SEO, set up better for mobile, and a few other tweaks that I can't seem to figure out. Is there a respectable site out there for freelance web experts where I can hire someone to put in a few hours to perfect my site? I'd like to be able to read reviews on these developers and send a request to one that can give me a quote a specify exactly what he/she can do. Any ideas?

My brother and I are starting up a Media, Design and Integration company. He's the web developer and I'm the photographer. He's fairly new to wordpress but is familiar with some of the other langauages (HTML, Flash, etc). He's working on a few contracts for customers now to redevelop their sites, but if you'd like I can send you his info and he can work with you to develop something. PM me if you're interested.

Shoot me a pm and I can give you my business partner's contact info. He's a wordpress wizard, raised in the Matrix.
