So, OK, did you see it coming? Or was it all very painfully obvious? I purposefully left clues throughout the entire story arc and gave out little hints in the dialogues. If you DID suspect, when?

Not at all, I'll have to go back now and see if I can find the clues.

But have to go sing first, choir night.

I have a herniated disc and it hurts when I cough or sneeze, especially when it is unexpected.

Mine is bulged and goes away at times and at other times I agrivate it. I think if yours is herniated you need surgery before the bones get damaged from rubbing. Ouch, that hurts to type.

I saw you were considering accupuncture. I am too. I have a bunch of neuropathic pain issues that I am taking scripts for but I would love to see if accupuncture helps. I don't think you can fix a herniated disk with it though.

I guess I could Harm, but the idea of it makes e cringe. I saw one for years for a neck problem that has resolved well, but thinking about them cracking my back makes it hurt!!

That^

my chair at the new job is sucky and I have a new one on order, but I really have to work out my core muscles for strength to make it feel better.

That^ for my back and shoulder. I can tell when I am getting out of shape because the shoulder gets loose and hurts.

Just curious.

And there are some more little twists and turns coming down the pipe in the next few days.....

I did not see that coming. Then again I am painfully slow. Momma gave me a lead pacifier as a kid.

Great baby shot!

Yo n stuff.

Great baby shot Becky and belated congrats on your anniversary.

After reading what Zane & Crissa are talking about, I'm motivated to work even harder on my PT exercises. With this mild winter, I've been doing my lunchtime walks again with the goal of being back in shape by early summer.

I totally got a great work out in yesterday and am looking forward to another today. I alternate between the gym and doing 'mat work' like exercising and stretching at home. The cats love it :)

I also packed my salad and grapes for lunch :)
