sadly our trains are not so pretty as those I've seen posted here before

These are very nice, good images and I like the look of the engines! Love the curvy track in the first image, drwas you up to the engine! :-)

The G&W is a well known shortline in upstate NY and part of Pennsylvania. Very interesting to see one of their locos half a world away. Nice catch!

Genesee and Wyoming are both counties in central New York State. (Also the names of a beverage and a state,but that's definitely not the source).
