So, i have had my 20D forever now and the shutter button is realy realy hard to push down. I half press, focus, then try to push the rest of the way and get nothing 99% of the time.. So my question is, has anybody sent there camera xxd model to canon for the same issue? And how much did it cost to fix? I have seen tutorials on youtube of how to fix it myself. But i dont want to venture into that world.. Any tips on where to send and how much would be great. Thanks.

The self fix videos where you pour some alcohol down the battery compartment work just fine. Did it to my 30D with no problems.
