Feb 10, 2012 00:31 | #7910 I did these with a snoot to isolate a few things and light them up and the other strobe just to fill in and show bit more of the camera  For this one the left side is meant to be dark as i wanted to just show the shutter speed dial

Is his skin that smooth or did you post process it like that? Whwn I attended a Scott kelby class, he said that for shots like these for boys/men, that we actually want to see the skin details. He suggested upping the contrast/clarity to bring more gritty look Shankar
