My site went live last night and I think its SEO. Im not sure, and I have seen several people mention adding SEO to websites. How do you check to see if what you have is enough?
I am not done adding pictures and galleries and some of the pictures that I have up will not stay for long. Just adding them as filler for now. Not giving the site out to potential clients as of yet. Let me know what you think. Thanks.

There are tools out there that will generate you a SEO score, try http://chkme.com/ (external link)

The scroll to view the images grew on me, at first I didn't like it, but it grew on me ;)

This is a frameset site, and doesn't even validate (external link). You're about the lowest SEO category possible. I would recommend getting rid of the frameset - there's nothing you're doing here that requires it, and then making sure you put text on the site, not only just photos.

Im not sure what getting rid of frameset means. I will be adding text to the page soon. Like I said Im not done, and not giving out the site to clients or potential clients yet.

Your home page is a frameset, using the <frameset> tag. That tag is not a "modern" method of coding html, and is pretty much universally discouraged at this point. Getting rid of it would mean developing the page with <div> and other tags which are standard. There is certainly debate as to how much further down search engines are willing or able to scan than just the frameset page, so it could be for example that if the text you're adding is not going on the frameset page, Google won't index it.

I agree with tracknut. images do not earn google ranking, text do. And also linking does it.
Just remember that there are millions of websites and you really have to fight to get your page on the first 3 of google. Do not count it in the first year.
