Old portrait of a friend that I haven't shared around much.

Can someone recommend additions to my on-location lighting kit for portraits.
I am thinking about getting another b800 and a b400, or should I just get 2x b800? I am also thinking of adding 2 strip boxes. What sizes would you guys recommend? Do I need some sort of snoot, or is that what the strip boxes do?

My current lighting equipment:
Lights: Alien Bees b800 & b1600,
Power: Vagabond 2 battery
Modifiers: large soft box, Alien Bees beauty dish, various sized umbrellas

With 4 lights, is the Vagabond mini-litium powerful enough to power them all or should I stick with the Vagabond 2?

The mini can power all of those... I would use just the b800's

I'd stick with a second 800. Unless you are shooting in a really small space where you want to turn it way down for the price difference the 800 is the better value.

Minimum i would get is b800's.
I would use at least 2 VML, for the sake of re cycle time, and battery life.

what kind of on location? my on-locatoin, unless i have a place to setup inside and only doing one area, is a single e640,VML, beauty dish. 90% of the time.
4 lights seems a bit to mess with on location, especially if your running all 4 power cords to the same area, you will have cords running all over the place

So, are you saying my current setup of two lights, b1600 and b800 should be good enough for now? Should I just add a strip box to my lighting kit?

It really depends what you are trying to do.

I currently have a e640 and 2 b800's, do 80% studio work. When I do location work, like beach, or park, I usually just take the e640.

The only time I would bring more lights with me on location is if I was going to one place, to get one shot, for my modeling portfolio. Otherwise it is just to much gear, and asking for trouble.

But I would love a 1 or 2 more b800's for studio work!

But it really depends on what you want to shoot.
