Photoshop CS5 Student & Teacher version usually sells for $199. It is on sale for $39.80 until March 3.

Go to Adobe's website and find the student & teacher edition for $199. Add it to your cart, then type in (don't copy & paste) the promotional code SAVE80EDU

The discounted price will show in your cart after you apply the code.

I did it this morning and it worked. I am waiting to have my eligibility confirmed.

Mark, is it possible that the code is only good for one license? You might want to read all the details of the offer!

The code was valid Wednesday, Feb 22 (I purchased master collection with it for $200), but Adobe has since taken down the code. Thoughts were they were not expecting as many people to buy the discounted software (too many people were purchasing), so they removed the discounted code from their system.

I guess that's what happens when Scott Kelby posts the code on Google+

They forgot to put "for the first 1000 students" in the offer.
